A delightful home in a great spot for both Sunday River and Mt. Abram. A tremendous value. Great for groups with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Kid-friendly. Easy to cook and do laundry. Great mudroom/hall and racks for ski gear.
Parking is a bit tight if you have more than 2 vehicles. Lack of (paid) EV charging, a nice-to-have that would have made this perfect for us.

Clean good location to skiing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking. Near stores. Beautiful scenery.
No curtains in the kitchen and living room area. Heat would go down to 60 at night.
