19 Georgian Court

Location was great for a snow trip, about 1hr 20 from Falls Creek and just over an hour to Hotham. Less than 5 mins from Bright main street and short drive to shops and food. House was large, warm and comfortable, fireplace was great for drying clothes at the end of the day. Two bathrooms not pictured in photos, two showers, a bath, and two toilets. Beds were comfortable, ducted heater was warm with separate zones for living and bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and enough pots, pans, chopping boards etc. to cook most meals, also salt, pepper and oil. Large double garage with plenty of room to keep car behind roller door.

No major issues but a few small things to note - There was a dull humming noise all night outside the master bedroom which sounded like a fan, not sure if it was the heater unit or something on the neighbours side. The shower pressure struggled when both showers were used at once. Couldn't change the wash cycle on the dishwasher, and the kitchen knives are quite blunt. The neighbours across the driveway were up past 3am one night outside on their veranda talking loudly which kept waking us up in the master bedroom.

Very nice house and well maintained . Good location and quite area .

Beds and mattress were uncomfortable

Location is great, can walk/ride around the town. Good size family home with a well equipped kitchen & plenty of additional linen, blankets & pillows. Very quiet overnight.

Very basic house construction therefore the heating was struggling when the temperature dropped to zero overnight. This house would be ideal in summer as it doesn’t get a lot of sunlight into the living areas, unfortunately in Autumn it was rather cold. Note: once working the ducted heating did warm up the house eventually.

Location is great , don't need a car ,easy walk to town ! Everything was clean , comfortable
