Whether you're a family with little ones, energetic teens, or a mix of both, this house has you covered. Just a five-minute walk brings you to the heart of Trearddur Bay, where you'll find a buzzing atmosphere, family-friendly beaches, and fantastic local spots like Sea Shanty Café, Ocean's Edge, and The Stores Deli, perfect for a lazy brunch, a seafood supper, or ice cream after a paddle.
Step inside and be welcomed by natural light flooding the entrance and up into the open-plan first floor, the heart of the home. A vaulted ceiling, large picture windows, and sleek wooden floors create a bright, breezy space where families can relax together. The stylish lounge with three comfy sofas and a big-screen TV is made for movie nights, while the open kitchen and dining area makes family mealtimes a breeze.
On this main level, there are three well-appointed bedrooms: a king-size en-suite, a second double, and a twin – ideal for younger children. There's also a family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower.
Downstairs is a real showstopper – a master suite with a king-size bed, marble en-suite bathroom, and French doors opening onto a private, glass-fronted terrace. It's the perfect retreat for parents after a day of adventures.
Outside, kids can safely play on the lawn, or maybe enjoy a picnic while grown-ups take in the views with a glass of something cold in hand. For cosy evenings, the property also has a chiminea ready for guest use – perfect for toasting marshmallows or warming up as the sun sets over the bay.
