About this apartment rental
Open living that invites you to relax in the elegant feel of this two bedroom, two bath condo. Conveniently located on the water, 1 mile north of the Juneau-Douglas Bridge with sweeping views of Gastineau Channel, Mt. Juneau and Mt. Roberts and downtown.
Once inside the 1,200 square feet of modern luxury, you might be tempted to enjoy the home’s ambiance and surrounding natural beauty from the indoors. Binoculars and telescope are provided to view sea birds, bald eagles, seals, whales, deer and mountain goats from your picture windows.
The openness and natural light immediately take your breathe away upon entering the front door. The living room, dining room for six, kitchen with bar seating for four all open directly to an expansive yard perfect for grilling on the complimentary BBQ, playing lawn games, or warming by the fire pit. A large wrap around deck with glass railing lets you enjoy obstructed views. While the beach and creek offer serenity at your doorstep.

A well-appointed kitchen includes solid glass backsplash and quartz countertops, stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric solid surface cooktop/oven, and garbage disposal all with a channel and mountain views.
An amazing 180˚ view of the channel welcomes you to the king-sized master bedroom and en suite bathroom with soaking tub and floor to ceiling glass shower.
The guest queen bedroom with water views and natural light will please your sensibilities. The guest bathroom is detached with walk-in glass enclosed shower.
The stacked washer/dryer is located off the kitchen hidden by a statement sliding barn door that is shared with the walk-in pantry/utility storage
The common entrance connects to the 6-space car park by one flight of stairs. Once inside and additional flight of stairs leads down to unit entrance. There is an additional private entrance that leads to the living room. (Both entries require stairs; however, tram option is available upon request to access the common entry.)
Explore downtown Juneau (1.8 miles) or Douglas (3 miles) on complimentary bicycles. Skiers and riders will enjoy Eaglecrest Ski Resort just 10 miles away. Come experience Juneau’s natural beauty, excellent cuisine, rich history, and ample shopping!

Hi - we loved staying in this immaculate home away from home. Clearly the recent remodel was done with a lot of thought and care.We enjoyed our long weekend and will be back again!
