Two couples spent three nights in this wonderful accommodation! Check in was absolutely seamless. We had a little bit of difficulty with cold water in the kitchen and within 10 minutes the property manager was there. The views are absolutely awesome. The pictures don't do enough justice. The condo was absolutely spotless. The condo is supplied with abundant amenities. Beds were very comfortable. We hope we can come back soon.

Our family had a wonderful time, the view of the lake was stunning. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and bbq, walked to the lake for fishing and rented paddle boards. Enjoyed shaved ice just down the hill. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. Good communication from the owner Kelly. There are wineries and restaurants in walking distance and waterslides in Chelan. It would have been nice to have a tv in the master bedroom, but other than that it was perfect. Hope to be back next year.

Communication with management was quick and easy, the property was spotless and cozy, and the location was convenient to a number of restaurants. If you have very young children, note that there are some sharp corners on the fireplace. The view is really the star of the show here though. The lake and snow capped mountains were breathtaking, and the balcony had more than enough room for a couple families to have the best possible view of the fireworks that kicked off the holiday season in Manson,

Beautiful view of lake and mountains! I really liked that we could see over the pool and the playground for keeping an eye on the kids. Sitting out on the deck was very relaxing as well. I wished there was access to an elevator as it was a bit difficult caring a few heavy things up all the stairs but the view made it worth while. If you have a difficult time with stairs I would suggest staying on one of the bottom levels. Overall fantastic stay!

Overall we had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect. Walking distance(if you want) to everything you need! The pool is on the smaller side, so it fills up early, but we didn’t have a problem piecing together a few chairs! The condo itself was really nice. Beautiful views, even on the bottom floor. Some of the furniture is a little worn, but everything was clean! They also provide Lysol, dishwasher & laundry soap, and paper towels! However, It wasn’t ready at check in, and the ants in the kitchen are really bad! Overall, I would definitely stay again!

Great property for a group

Easy check in and check out. Property was very clean and tidy. Excellent view and an easy walk to the park on the lake directly next door. It’s about a 5 min drive to drop off watercraft at the boat launch but not too bad. It might be a bit too tight on parking to bring a boat trailer but a single pwc trailer works if you disconnect it. If you plan to rent a boat or watercraft nearby make sure to call ahead of time as they Are usually all booked on the weekends. Overall great place with restaurants nearby.

Marinas Edge in Manson: Amazing Lake Chelan Views and Property!

First time visit to Manson and Lake Chelan area spending post-Christmas holiday with our extended family at Marinas Edge. Tremendous support from Debbie and Kelly, prior to and through the duration of our visit providing information on local restaurants and activities, along with quick response and availability on property support. Our top-floor three bedroom two bath condo provided amazing views of Lake Chelan and surrounding mountain areas. Property is new, functional and well-maintained for a comfortable family experience. Kitchen is well stocked and set up for cooking family dinners. Bedrooms offered privacy and space for two families, including two infants. Laundry room, TV / entertainment, large balcony, hot tub and pool rounded out property amenities enhancing our stay and customer experience. With close proximity to Chelan, Manson offered a quiet stay from the Chelan crowds, along with friendly local dining. Looking forward to repeat visits in the summer and next winter.

This visit was my family's third to Marinas Edge. There was 5 of us, and the unit was comfortable, well-appointed and plenty of kitchen wares to make breakfast most of our mornings and cook-in dinner twice. The teen/pre-teen boys loved having an Xbox 360, and for the first-time we used the library across the road to rent DVDs for a couple movie nights (played on the Xbox). King County (WA) residents can get a library card at no cost. One of the biggest draws of Marina's Edge is the short walk to the Manson marina, where we rented a boat (reserve ahead of time), stand-up paddle board, kayaks and wave runners. We also walked to the restaurants in Manson, the many wineries (do trivia night at WineGirl Wines) and the Apple Market is no more than a 15-minute walk. The Manson marina also has a swimming area with life guards on duty. I mention this area because it's a great alternate to the pool, which can sometimes be crowded with little kids and will become more crowded once the 4th tower of condos at Marina's Edge opens up (my guess summer 2019). The wild fires in WA state affected the area with smoke and poor air quality, but it didn't diminish our enjoyment of Marina's Edge.

The place was immaculate! The view was stunning! I’m appreciative that we were on the top floor and felt secluded and fully able to enjoy the view. All of the basic needs for cooking were available along with immense fridge space! My family rented out two condos (one above the other) for a weekend in February. We has such an amazing time. The condos both had great views, the master bedroom and bathroom was BEAUTIFUL! The condo's were modern, clean and spacious. We had 6 adults and 1 child in one condo. And 4 Adults and 3 Children in the other and it was perfect! Located in very close walking distance to downtown Manson. My family stays in the Chelan area at least once a year and this was one of our favorite places to stay. We will be back in the Summer!

Third Trip, Still a Very Strong Option

Third Trip, Still a Very Strong Option

This was our family's third summer at Marina's Edge ('14, '15, '17). We are in our 30's with three small children. I left a detailed review in 2014 and those comments are the same I would offer this time around. This is a fantastic option for those who want modern finishes, sufficient space for a large family or two smaller groups and enjoy a good view. You give up some on location compared to downtown Chelan, as there just aren't that many good food options in Manson, although the proximity to the Marina and main street do offer walkable options. The pool can get crowded, we've noticed this more as more buildings have been added to the property. And you lack some of the extras (beach, sports courts, kids toys) that you would get if you stay at Wapato. However, we continue to see this as the best condo-style option on the lake. Another positive aspect are the owners. They have been absolutely fantastic, professional and easy to communicate with. Any issues we've had, they are quick to help. The only two issues I have, which I had back in 2014 and on subsequent trips is the quality of the cookware and prep items. I'd really like to see them upgrade from the most basic cookware to an inexpensive, but cost effective set. They also need a few cutting boards that can fit in the dishwasher and knife sharpeners. My biggest pet-peeve as the son of a chef are dull knives. Thankfully, we actually travel with a knife set now. The other item is the need to complete the landscaping. They will be breaking ground on building #4 this year and it sounds like a little kids park might be part of that expansion. I also hope they finish the property off with paving. I think it will put a nice polish on the look of the property and walking around in dust is not so desirable. Here are some quick tips for those with kids: 1. There is a small park with large ball fields and bball court off Madeline Rd. about a mile down Hwy 150 toward Chelan. Good to give kids a break from pool & lake. 2. Blueberry Hills is nice, but overrated in our opinion. Worth the experience and good views, but if you are looking for good breakfast food, make sure to try Riverwalk Cafe in downtown Chelan. 3. Lake Chelan Winery has a fund outdoor bbq for dinner. Worth a stop for wine tasting and dinner with kids. They can run around the property while you listen to live music, great ribs and fine wine. Other kid friendly options are Tunnel Hill Winery and Wapato Point Cellars. Enjoy!
