About this cottage rental
Small sandy beach with dock. (Your) boat access to two larger bays and Ossipee Lake. Private wooded lot with beautiful mountain views including Mt. Chocorua. Spectacular sunsets. Great fishing. Gas grill and outdoor furniture provided. Two-bedroom cottage sleeps six: double bed, 2 twin beds, pullout sofa in living room, and cot in screened porch. Half bath and separate shower room. Renter brings sheets and towels; we provide everything else including small heaters for cold nights. Dogs must be pre-approved by Owner (insurance issue). Owner is in nearby cottage.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this rustic cabin. The location is wonderfully private and secluded, offering peace and quiet while still providing excellent lakefront accommodations. The views of the mountains across the water were stunning, especially at sunset.The sandy beach area was calm and safe, with warm, clean water—perfect for our two children and our dog. We enjoyed paddleboarding, swimming, and fishing right from the property. Each evening, we were treated to phenomenal sunsets, and we even spotted deer and bald eagles during our stay.The screened-in porch was the best place to spend our time at night, with rocking chairs and a dining table for dinners with a view. We also stargazed from the dock at night.This cabin was everything we hoped for and more. We hope to come back!

The views were spectacular and the water was perfect for relaxing and exploring with the kids. We would definitely be interested in staying again next summer, what a treat it was.
