Beautiful family vacation or corporate rental home on Lake Gaston! Inside recently painted! House is equipped with TV (Roku or smart TV's) plus wireless internet service.

Nestled in a low-traffic cove with quick access to the main thoroughfare. It is located in one of the most highly sought for areas of the lake which is the NE quadrant of Lake Gaston. Golfing is nearby. Public access boat ramp 5 minutes up River Rd and is maintained by Dominion Power for public use.   You are welcome to bring your boat or jet ski's but we do not have a boat lift available for renter usage. Space is limited for tie up since we do house the pontoon boat there. (There is room to tie up 1 boat or 2 jet skis)

2 Pet Limit (50 lbs and under) $150 fee per pet, dogs required to be on leashes outdoors. We request not allowing pets on the furniture but if that cannot be avoided please bring sheets to cover furniture. You will be responsible to pick up and dispose of all dog waste.

Has a lot of amenities such as pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey and Vegas style card table with chips. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have fun.
Gas grills available on Main Deck and lower deck.

Over 20 beds plus couches and pull-outs, this is one of the largest year-round properties on the lake! The first and second floor have full kitchens, the third floor has sink, microwave and full refrigerator.

BEDROOMS: The Main floor has 2 master bedrooms. One with a king bed and on with a queen bed. The Bottom floor has 2 bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other bedroom has both a king and queen bed. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a king bed. The second is a regular room with a queen bed and the third is a regular room with 2 twin beds. The kids cove (BIG ROOM) on the 3rd floor has the following: 2 queen beds, 4 lofts with the following: Lower loft #1: 2 full beds Lower loft #2: 3 twin beds Upper loft #1: 3 twin beds Upper loft #2: 2 twin beds and a kids tent. This is a fun room giving the kids so many great memories. The third floor also have a full pull out sleeper sofa in the game room area.

The pictures will speak for themselves. The house is packed full of WOW moments for the whole family, regardless of age. This property allows for everyone to spread out or come together as they please with plenty of room.

It is located on a huge wooded lot on the water and is centrally located near the mouth of our famous "Pea Hill Creek," less than 5 minutes from Washburn's Marina.

On the water, we have a double boathouse complete with an upper deck for sunning. No jumping allowed from top deck.

Due to the size of the house and # of beds you have the choice to bring your own bed sheets and towels, otherwise let us know and we can provide those items for a fee. Sheets ($150) and towels ($100). We do recommend to bring beach towels for use at the lake. Our bath towels must not be used outside the home. We do provide comforters and pillows. There will be one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels in each kitchen. After those are used it is up to renter to supply.
