The place was clean and had a nice shared space, though a bit pricey in terms of value for money - that's fine.
On arrival there was no reception, it's just a building with apartments, I tried to call the number several times, when the owner finally answered he didn't speak English was unintelligible, got annoyed after a few seconds and hung up. I called him back, he didnt pick up. I had to call again several times waiting outside in the heat until he picked up and YELLED at me "BOOKING!" before hanging up again. Which I understood minutes later by myself was his way to say "the information is in the Booking chat".
I've never had such a terrible cuatomer service experience in my life.
