Really good location, near to sea front, town centre and supermarket, free on street parking, great sea view, nice roomy, quiet apartment, well equipped, nice terrace, gardens and pool.

The location is great. few minutes walk from Balmins and San sebastián beach. very close to the carrefour grocery store and a great view. The agency in charge of the house was respectful and responsive.
Unfortunately the house have a drainage problem in both bathrooms. this would make the entire house have a pretty bad smell , being also the apartment on the first floor. Also I was surprised of the lack of basic supplies like thrash bags. the single beds are quite uncomfortable. The entire apartment need badly an update.
