Ocean Gate Villa Tangalle

La struttura si trova in posizione centralissima ma in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, a pochi minuti di cammino da bus station e dalla spiaggia La struttura dispone anche di una cucina ad uso comune, un frigo molto ampio e diversi elettrodomestici . L host è davvero una persona speciale, ci ha accolto con calore e si è messo a piena disposizione, un giorno ci ha portato con il suo tuk tuk a conoscere la sua famiglia, offrendoci un pranzo davvero speciale preparato dalla sua mamma che cucina divinamente senza chiedere nulla in cambio..La sera siamo stati invitati al compleanno di un loro parente e ci hanno fatto sentire davvero parte della famiglia offrendoci cibo di qualità e BIRRA, è stata davvero un esperienza fantastica

L odore di umidità e la poca pulizia abbiamo capito sia una costante di questi luoghi, ma sono sempre pronti a venirti in contro per cambiare le lenzuola o pulire meglio

I liked the staff .They were very friendly. I was staying in this villa to attend a nearby party next morning.Nights were so quiet.I had a good night sleep .Even the owner was not there all the other staff were doing really well. Even I had a four hours long Zoom meeting on the outside Villa tables without any distractions from the staff.There were lots of mini restaurants nearby to buy necessities.Just 5 mins walking distance from the main bus stand of Tangalle.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and unique to Sri Lankan cuisine. Being close to the beach was the best thing. The ocean gate villa was a great place to stay and we had a good time. Would like to thank you again for great service.

The water filter seemed to dispense water directly from the tap, not filtered. At least it tasted that way The kitchen is dirty The mosquitoes were bad, especially in the kitchen. They would fly out when you pull out a plate. The mosquito nets over the four poster bed opened so the mosquitoes get inside! The bathroom was horrible. Stained toilet seat, cracked sink The bedroom smelled and was dark
