Januka Garden at Sno

I loved that it was surrounded by beautiful scenery, mountains, a river, cows and horses. It’s a little village away from Kazbegi. The host was very accommodating and helped me a lot with transport and a meal. The bed was really comfortable and great to be able to do some washing after long hot hikes.

It was a bit tricky getting in and out of Kazbegi but the host helped me a lot. Also no cafe or restaurant nearby. No problem if you have a car. I still would rather be out there than in the bustle of Kazbegi.

The place has a great garden with great views, a well equipt kitchen, a small stream right outside.

It was har to comunicatw with the owner in english.

I strongly recommend this place. Owners are very kind. I have requested to keep my bags before my arrival and they came on time and arranged that. Even owner gave us local liquor🥃 free of charge and enjoyed with us. BBQ facilities are available with logs and axe to fire. Nice experience. River and mountains are in front of apartment. Washrooms are very clear. There is big garden for kids to enjoy. River water is freezing and we have bath however☺️. Heaters are everywhere in the apartment and you will never feel cold inside. Hot water is available. No any disturbance from anyone and this is located end of the village and super super place. Recommend and don’t select any other apartment in the sno village based on the photos. This is the best place. We have stayed 3 nights.
