Besides sharing lush gardens with 3 other beautiful homes, it also has its own private outside lounging and dining terrace.
This property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk or bike ride to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Howard Park with jogging paths, 9 public tennis courts and the Armory Art Center is located just a few hundred feet from this home. The Pink House's top location is only a few minutes walk to the West Palm Beach Hilton, where guests can acquire a day pass to access the expansive pool, jacuzzi and resort area, which features food and cocktail options. The Palm Beach County Convention Center and CityPlace, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Norton Museum of Art and Grandview Public Market are all within easy walking distance.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

Beautiful home, great accomodations, perfect location. Wish I could return every year! We are from St. Louis. I have pretty high standards and this house exceeded all expectations!! Any family should consider booking this house for a beautiful getaway.
