Come enjoy your summer on the Bay in Brick NJ, only minutes from the beach. This is a great waterfront property located off Barnegat Bay in Brick and has a 25 foot dock for your boat or jet skis. The back yard has an expansive deck with patio furniture, a lighted pergola, and a gas grill. If you love to fish we have fishing poles, tackle, and a crab cage. For those water lovers who enjoy kayaking we have 2 kayaks you can use free of charge.
There is never a dull moment on the bay, and you are only minutes from local attractions such as enjoy the board walk in Point Pleasant and Fireworks every Thursday night all summer long at Windward beach. The house can sleep 8, with 3 Bedrooms which sleeps 6, and a den with pull out sofa which can accommodate 2. There are two full bathrooms, a dining area and a large kitchen. This rental is fully furnished, and equipped with dining ware, cutlery and a full size refrigerator. This summer rental also includes 4 beach passes to Brick Beach, complimentary use of kayaks, fishing equipment and two bikes. All bedrooms have AC. We also have satellite TV and WiFi. The drive way with car port fits two cars and on-street parking is also available. For more information please email.

The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub along with the 2 kayaks provided. Frank responded quickly to any questions we had.

We enjoyed the simple home and location just steps from lagoon with deck and dock plus access to two kayaks which we truly enjoyed throughout as well as swimming in surprisingly refreshing and clean lagoon. We had delightful weather, which always helps!
More communication with owner would be helpful as we did due diligence cleaning up and sending texts but got no response.(I think we were supposed to leave without his visit due to Covid as that was the way we entered with a lock box code. However, no responses to my several texts...)

I found this place through a referral and immediately feel in love with the location, it was fully furnished, extremely clean, my kids love it and I can not wait to say their again this year. The owners are very nice. The beach is like 6 minutes away and they offer bikes, a dock for our boat, and of course a crab cage.
