We had great time at the cabin. The property has nice views and very spacious. We liked the fact that every bedroom has attached bathroom. Also the bunk beds for the kids. We had minor inconvenience with plumbing issues but the property manager fixed them right away.

The cabin would have been great had Jackson Cabin Rentals helped with our concerns. Two toilets didn't flush, none of the 7 fire places worked, hot tub didn't heat, one of the jet tubs didn't work, and that's just the beginning. We checked in on Wednesday night, and on Thursday morning we called and asked mainly for the toilets be fixed. After multiple calls, someone finally showed up on Friday night around 6ish. Nice guy, but he only fixed the hot tub, and said he'd be back to fix the toilet that night or early in the morning. We never saw him again. Then, on Saturday night while we were playing board games, the fire alarms started going off ..ALL NINE OF THEM! I tried taking them off the wall and was successful with six, but the other three were so high there was no possible way to reach. This was all happening while we were on the phone with Jackson Cabin Rentals. They were no help at all! They actually told us to call 911! So of course we called the fire department to only take the last three off the walls, taking up valuable time when they could have had a life threatening emergency. Later that night around 10:00, someone showed up and it turns out the dryer was not properly vented causing the fire alarm issue. He fixed nothing while there. Someone finally showed up on Sunday afternoon (the last of our stay) and fixed the toilet problem. They were a third party for repairs and told us that Jackson Cabin Rentals was absolutely the worst.

We were all 'wowed' with the pool table, game machines (Pac Man, Mario Brothers, etc.) available to entertain us. Each bedroom had a full bath (shower and tub). The kitchen table had enough room for the eleven of us. There were also bar stools. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, The Island at Pigeon Forge were all in close proximity to the house.

The amenities are as advertised. The kids loved all the things there were to do.

I’ll be happy to edit this review if corrected. We rented this property so our large group of 18 could sleep comfortably in their own private areas as the description stated it could sleep up to 20 with 5 king bedrooms, 2 queen sleeping loft, and 3 sleeper sofas. Upon getting ready for bed the first night we discovered that the advertised “3 sleeper sofas” was not accurate. Only 1 of the sofas in the home was a pull out and the springs were coming out of it. Also, the queen over queen bunk bed in the sleeping loft did not seem sturdy enough to safely sleep an adult on the top bunk. So now we were down 4 beds we needed and were planning on utilizing for our guests which made finding other arrangements for the 3 night stay very difficult and dissatisfying. The king beds in the bedrooms slept fine but we’re VERY noisy. If you move at all it sounds like you’re laying on squeaky rubber ducks. Most power outlets in the bedrooms didn’t work so no use in turning those bedside lamps on at night. Also, the steam shower in the upstairs loft was not useable as it was missing the knob that turns it on so that was another amenity we were looking forward to using that we didn’t get to enjoy (along with the advertised air hockey table our younger family members were excited about that also was missing completely from the home). The thermostats were locked on 74° so be weary of that if you like it cooler in the hot days. Half of our crew were fine with it but the other half were uncomfortably warm for their stay. Also, upon doing dishes we discovered a full load of dirty dishes from previous tenants in the dish washer unwashed so that was a little troubling as well. The deck railings were loose/rotting in places so make sure to keep and eye on the little ones while outside. Also to note, the walls and ceilings are so paper thin you can be on the third floor and hear the full conversations of people on the ground level floor 2 stories down word for word like they are standing directly beside you. So if you like quiet time or privacy at all maybe this home isn’t for you. I would suggest the owners invest in some thick area rugs to help. Also, if you’re outside on the right side of the house you will definitely smell a foul sewage smell. All in all we liked the layout of the home and the location and it seemed clean enough (besides the dirty dishes) but the description needs major adjustments to accommodate for the wrong bedding/amenity/home features situation.

Lots of maintenance issues, like the back railing falling off. Nice place in a good location. Don't expect to cook, the pans are horrible.
