Unit 26- This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo has been renovated and professionally decorated in casual contemporary decor with an open floor plan. It is located on the second floor of the Grand Tower Building with our white quartz beach and the Gulf of Mexico at your doorstep. | The LVR has a 55" Flat Screen Smart TV, DVD player and a comfortable sofa. To comply with Sarasota County Fire Code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is four. | The Master Bedroom has two Queen size Tempurpedic beds and a 55" Flat Screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a full custom tile shower with built in bench and soap/shampoo niche. | The full equipped kitchen includes upscale Stainless Steel Appliances, Keurig coffee machine, Quartz Counter tops, and a recently added Buffet and Counter for additional storage/serving. The enclosed Lanai which is incorporated into the living room area provides a quiet retreat area with Plantation Shutters offering privacy while still providing a lovely view. | The fully equipped kitchen includes upscale stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a recently added buffet and counter for additional storage/serving. It was our 20th anniversary and for a while talked about Palm Bay club due to raving reviews from friends and family. Seista Keys is one of our favorite vacation spots and found being in the Tower to be convenient for beach access and club amenities. The room was clean, but lacked certain household goods, like ice packs, water containers, limited kitchenware etc. There was an unfortunate “cricket like sound” coming from the vents and were told by management that it’s coming from the boiler room echoing up the pipes and nothing could be done. Nothing was offered to remedy the issue. This was frustrating for quality sleep, so bring ear plugs! However overall it was a pleasant experience and would book again at the Palm Bay club.
