La Villa Contenta is located in the most exclusive area of “El Pedregal.” This seemingly isolated residential area of Cabo San Lucas lies on the Pacific side of the southern most tip of Baja Sur, Mexico, and is complete with a gated entryway that leads through meandering cobblestone streets, palatial homes and lush landscaping. This particular villa is within 2 kilometers of downtown Cabo, with endless options for activities and dining.
This 8,000 square foot villa, complete with a 1,200 square foot master bedroom, is built just 50 feet above the beach. Views of the immediate Pacific Ocean are both magnificent and unobstructed when viewed from the 150 linear feet of windows. Immediate access to the beach, coupled with sunsets beyond one’s wildest imagination, provide the ultimate in private accommodations in Cabo San Lucas. There is no finer home on the Baja Peninsula! (sleeps 10 max, rate is not negotiable)

The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly appointed. The art collection is enchanting and pieces pop up in the most unlikely corners.
The staff is beyond carrying and meticulous.
And last but not least, the sprawling view of the ocean is stunning!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The home is even more beautiful in person, and the view is breathtaking. My husband and I had a small wedding on the beach and three catered dinners at the house. We used the recommended caterers, Denni's Catering, and the food/service was incredible! We also used Laura, the wedding planner affiliated with Denni's catering, and she was phenomenal. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations! We can't wait to return!

Great house with stunning views. This is not a new modern home and we loved that! Felt like a true vacation away from the craziness. A perfect spot to relax with the family. Very nice and friendly staff.
