About this apartment rental
Great Ski in/ski out penthouse condo located at the base of peak 9. No car needed! Simply walk out the back door of the complex, snap into your skis and take the Quicksilver SuperQuad Lift! Ski rentals are also available at the base of the lift. Walk out the front door and Main Street is a short 1 1/2 block walk. The free Trolley stops a half block away to get you to the grocery store.
This spacious non-smoking condo easily accommodates two families. It has a large great room with a gas stove, balcony with view of the ski slope and three newly remodeled baths. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit!
The downstairs Primary BR has King and private bath with an extra long tub/shower. The second BR has a queen bed with a large half bath across the hall. Upstairs is a loft with two sets of extra long twin bunks, and a third BR with a queen bed and a set of bunkbeds and an attached half bath.
The complex has indoor and outdoor hot tubs on the main floor and a year-round pool across the street for your enjoyment. Unfortunately, for the 2024-2025 season, only the outdoor hot tub at the condominium and the pool complex across the street will be available for use. The indoor hot tub at the condo is currently being updated and is closed.

We stayed at this amazing Breckenridge condo from March 28th–31st with a group of 9 guys, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was incredibly accommodating for all nine adults—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure everyone had room to relax.The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Each morning we got to sip coffee and eat breakfast while looking out at Peak 9 and Peak 10—truly a postcard-worthy scene. And when it was time to hit the slopes, we simply grabbed our skis, walked about 50 yards from the building, and we were at the lift. It doesn't get more "ski-in/ski-out" than that!The location of the building was spot-on. We had dinner reservations on Main Street each night, and the walk was a quick and easy 6–8 minutes. Super convenient.Inside, the condo had everything we needed. The fully functioning kitchen came in handy, and one of the surprise highlights was the stash of board games—something we didn’t expect to enjoy as much as we did. It became a nightly tradition.Another sleeper highlight? The water pressure. After long days on the mountain, coming back to a hot, steamy, powerful shower was bliss. It’s the little things that make a big difference.Lauren, the host, was fantastic. She made sure we had everything we needed and was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free.Thank you, Lauren, for helping me create lifelong memories with my best friends!

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The location is perfect--the Quicksilver lift is right out the back and just a very short walk to the town. The condo had everything you need plus even more- every appliance (coffee maker, crock pots, toaster), lots of pots and pans, plenty of glasses, dishes, just everything to make the stay comfortable. There was even some Christmas decorations to add to the holiday spirit. The owner was super helpful and always replied promptly, within a few hours always). Traveling during this Covid pandemic was a bit stressful, but the owner was very understanding and communicated helpful information about the restrictions. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend this condo!
