Mirarmar "L" is a large apartment for rent with private pool and sea views located in the residential area of Cala Galdana. Miramar L stands out for its views and its location, as it is only two minutes walking from the beach.
The apartment for rent in Menorca has a private pool, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, two large terraces, barbecue and parking space.
The property is distributed on two levels plus the swimming pool area. On one level there are three double bedrooms and one bathroom, down a few steps there is the other double bedroom, another bathroom, a large living room with kitchen and a large terrace ideal to enjoy the sea views.
On the last level you can find the pool with the sun beds area and the access to the beach of Cala Galdana.
The main room is composed of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe. The other three double rooms are made up of two single beds and with a built-in wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware.
The exterior of the apartment for rent is composed of a large pool surrounded by sun beds, a large terrace to enjoy outdoor meals with a table and outdoor chairs and barbecue area.
Miramar L has a private and free parking space, has a washing machine, board and iron for clothes. The apartment for rent in Menorca is also equipped with a safe, free WiFi and satellite television.
The access is from the upper parking by stairs of about 40 steps, and by the lower area that gives access to the road and to the beach are 45 steps. From the pool of the property it only takes 2 minutes to walk to reach the beach of Cala Galdana.
All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

The Urbanization of Cala Galdana is one of the best known and most prestigious of Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystalline waters and its shell shape Make it a true paradise.
Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as guards, hammocks, boat rentals, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for young children who do not know or learn to swim by not covering the sea in the first 50 meters.
The urbanization is family friendly, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area has a variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat rentals, vehicles, kayaks, horseback.
HOW TO GET THERE
From the Airport or Port of Mahón (35min):
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)
2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, at the entrance is our office, where it will usually be the meeting point with the host.
3. You have to take the first exit and continue until you reach Miramar L.
From the Port of Ciutadella (25min):
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)
2. Follow the previous points 2, 3 and 4.
The car is not needed if you want to stay in Cala Galdana, as all the services are in a walking distance. If you prefer to move around Menorca and visit all the unspoiled beaches and remote places we highly recommend to hire a car.

Location, views, balcony, comfortable inside sofas. BBQ. Immediate attention to minor problems on arrival.
Cleaning cloths, salt and pepper, cooking oil would be very nice to have

The location and view of the bay were superb. We all had a wonderful holiday.
A little cooking oil, salt and pepper would have been very much appreciated, as well as a few more dishwasher tablets, cleaning cloths and bin bags. Thank you.

We had a lovely time staying with friends in this apartment. The views from the balconies are amazing. However we did have a few issues with our stay. The management company who were thankfully based just over the road were amazing, I can’t recommend them enough. We had to get them to help us on several occasions when the dishwasher stopped working. They eventually replaced it but it was on our last day, Also there were some Issues with the oven so I would make sure this was replaced before making a booking. We didn’t realise there was no air con as I didn’t read details properly. The top three bedrooms get very hot, so if you can cope with fans then you should be ok. There was a lack of utensils in the kitchen but I find this common in places we have stayed in. If it wasn’t for the professional manner of the management company our time here would have been worse. The cheaper price of this reflects the accommodation standard. The location is perfect though with great views so that made up for some of our issues.
