About this house rental
Remodeled town home with 3BR/3BA and RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!. No streets to cross, no need to drive to the beach, just walk out your back door. Home has streaming with Direct TV and wifi. Convenient location on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach and less than a mile to Pier Park. Grocery store, CVS, and restaurants located across the street. Three reserved parking spots right in front. Unit has Reme Halo RGF Air Purification System which kills harmful microbials in the air and on surfaces including but not limited to Covid-19. This is a no smoking property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. No pets are allowed as pets are not allowed on this section of the beach. It’s hard to say anything but this is perfect for my family. The property is excellent and Dan is always responsive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more.

Our family has been going to PCB for several years trying to find the best balance between location, price, and accommodations. This listing and host are a great combination of all three! Accessibility to restaurants within walking distance, private beach access and enough space for everyone to not feel like they are right on top of one another made this a great trip.

With the beach right outside your back door and hosts who have thought of every detail, this place has everything you could want! We loved spending our week here and had an amazing time! Despite spring break crowds, this location is a breeze to access and the beach never felt crowded. We enjoyed amazing sunsets while grilling on the back porch. The home was well stocked! We even enjoyed a few games of corn hole. The hosts made things simple and were available to answer any questions we had. Definitely hope to go back!
