Large two-room apartment ideal for families, consisting of a double bedroom with bathroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher and induction hob. The apartment has a private entrance, balconies and parking space in the garage. Direct access to the ski slopes of Santa Caterina Valfurva.
In winter:
Over 35 km of perfectly snow-covered slopes from the end of November to April, which descend from the 2800 meters of Mount Sobretta to the town center. For cross-country skiers there are numerous itineraries of varying length and difficulty, immersed in an enchanting landscape. The apartment, located a few steps from the start of the chair lift and the arrival of the slopes, can be reached on skis.
In summer:
An ideal starting point for lovers of trekking, mountaineering and mountain biking who want to follow the countless paths that wind through the Stelvio National Park and lead to mountain refuges. Cyclists and motorcyclists can easily reach the Gavia Pass and the Stelvio Pass. A few kilometers from the Bagni di Bormio and Bormio Terme.
