About this cottage rental
Cal Griva is a rural house of Cal Pauet, built in the seventeenth century, and renovated in a sustainable manner in 2010.
In Cal Pauet we are dedicated to agriculture and ecological livestock. Thanks to this awareness Cal Griva has been renovated in a sustainable manner, following the criteria of bioconstruction, with breathable materials such as lime, terracotta flooring or walls isolated with the wool of our sheep properly treated.
For the heating of the house we have opted for biomass, a renewable energy that uses wood chips from the cleaning of nearby forests.
Geopathies have also been checked and a study of feng shui has been done.
Inside, all the details have been taken care of, combining rustic concepts with modern ones.
Likewise, on the outside, the typical architecture of the Catalan rural houses has been respected, so that it is totally integrated into a splendid landscape.

Que puedo decir de esta maravillosa casa...
Estuvimos un fin de semana con la familia, una vez al año vamos las 4 generaciones y tenemos que mirar muy bien el sitio ya que mi abuela tiene la movilidad reducida y tengo un peque de 2 años, y la casa debe ser apta para todos.
Pues esta casa lo tiene todo. Una mesa para comer todos sin problema, un jardín inmenso para que corrieran las perras, una zona de juegos con canasta, una piscina espectacular (que no pudimos usar porque era enero), habitaciones y baños para todos y cuidados al máximo.
Los propietarios muy simpáticos y atentos (tienen harinas y cordero eco que os recomiendo!).
Volveremos porque quedamos encantados!

Nous partons chaque année entre amis, 4 familles (17 personnes), depuis 9 ans. Nous avons établie un classement des maisons dans lesquelles nous sommes allés. Celle-ci prend désormais la tête du classement !

La casa está muy equipada y el entorno es fabuloso . Fuimos 4 parejas con 9 niños y nuestra mascota Lia que se lo han pasado realmente bien en la zona de la piscina y juegos. Nuestra perra Lia ha disfrutado con la gran extensión de zona verde de la casa .
Realmente, una de las mejores casas en la que hemos estado. Y eso, que ya llevamos 10 años visitando casas rurales por toda Cataluña.
