Villa Evarne is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Evarne you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Evarne is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6.5 km (4 miles) from the center of Cortona, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles). You will reach Villa Evarne from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Evarne you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Evarne is along a 500-meter (1640 feets) country road. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.

Garden
The garden is 380 square meters (4100 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof and by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a long sofa. There is a big and elegant fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The bedroom features a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Laundry room
