The mold on the upstairs bathroom ceiling that was about 2 inches thick that was solid black across the entire ceiling and made one of our friends sick

Worked nicely as second unit for our big group, but we did know before hand that VACASA management of this unit means you do NOT have access to any resort amenities such as tennis courts & pools. Kind of shocking since we were a group of tennis friends!!

We were working on vacation unfortunately the first 3 1/2 days we had no internet. We literally had to spend allot of time away from the house we rented just to get internet. Very frustrating.
