The house was recently-refurbished so the facilities and cleanliness were fantastic. The large garden was great for the children and the dog - the views were wonderful.
If you want a peaceful place to stay, Shipton Gorge is perfect. You definitely need a car though as there is nothing in the village except a pub. The location is good though for access to Weymouth, Dorchester, Bridport etc.
