Well appointed, ideal position for exploring the area, wonderful walks. Tranquil, noted some comments, referencing road noise, don't agree, very quiet. Just a narrow lane, offering parking for hikers and dog walkers. All requisite appliances / utensils for self catering. Dishwasher, microwave, oven and dishwasher, use of washing machine if required.
Nothing per se, we had our dog with us, stayed in no2 cottage, didn't realise from photos on site, that garden in front of cottage, was the main entrance for owners and other rental cottages, not fenced in, difficult with our dog. There were 2 other ladies staying with dogs, said they had the same problem previously, and were now staying in a rental cottage beyond main farmhouse. Not clear on website/photographs.
