Brand New, This lovely holiday home is light and airy with a great beachy feel and only a short walk to the beautiful Carrickalinga beach. There are 2 queen beds and a bunk room for the kids. A lovely open plan lounge kitchen and dine with all the mod cons you need for the perfect holiday by the ocean. The kids will love the park just a stones throw away. A very quiet location set in a cul-de-sac

* Fully equipped kitchen
* A large front deck providing a great outdoor entertaining area

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
A $500 security deposit applies to all bookings.

The photos don’t do this coastal home justice! We highly recommend this property for all families. The yard is perfect for the kids to play and the beach is only a short walk away. We can’t wait to come back in the near future.

Great location and layout. Beautiful beach. Good base for enjoying the Fleurieu Peninsula. Unfortunately the mattresses were so soft and uncomfortable which would make a longer stay impossible. New mattresses and a good dust and we’d happily return and recommend.

This house is well appointed for guests, including a coffee machine. It’s clean and comfortable, and has a large yard for kids to play in. Great location a short walk to the beach and nearby park.
