One bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. There are two parking spaces for this unit. (The adjacent Unit B, which is listing 640170, 3 beds--sleeps 6-7 can also be rented to create a 5 bedroom unit. It is listing 640170 ). Both units have open floor plans, with kitchen, living/dining room. They both are sunny and bright with high cathedral ceilings, skylights, and decks with ocean views. The units are charmingly decorated with summer colors and unique details. These cottages are part of a 3 unit building. The front unit, facing Kings Highway, is owner occupied. The 2 rental cottages are on the Edgewood Avenue side of the building. The location of these units is outstanding. You are directly across the street from the beach! We had an amazing time at GRB. The unit is steps away from the beach, it was so easy with two tiny humans to pop back home for lunch and naps. We would roll out of bed and take a walk on the beach before breakfast and often ended the day that way too. The unit is clean and well appointed, although beware the kitchen table is rather unstable! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a great amenity for wet towels and suits. Pro-tip: if traveling with kids, bring a safety gate for the top of the stairs, as the unit is up one flight.Would definitely rent again.
