Floor plan, space, decor and cleanliness of condo unit. Pool was really nice, saltwater, my fave! Steps to beach.

The passcode to get in to the unit was awful! 10 digits, so hard to remember (we all took pics, how silly to have to do that) and even still the keypad was so finicky every time you had to try the code multiple times.

The condo was fairly easy to find. Access via elevator was a plus. We enjoyed the location with ocean view and direct access to the beach. It was well furnished with very comfortable living room and bedroom furniture. Communications with the management company were excellent. Kitchen appliances were high quality and all worked well.

Lighting was a little dim and the dining room light fixture did not work. The presence of wasps prevented us from using the screened in porch. There were no instructions own the use of the thermostat. Fortunately it was the same as in our house.

The location was perfect. There was construction on the beach which we were given a heads up about by the state but that did not deter us from being able to reach the beach and enjoy our stay our time in the ocean. The saltwater pool was awesome and very well maintained.

The furniture was already stained, there were potato chips under the coffee table and under the furniture when we moved it to play cards. The pots and pans had to be cleaned first before we could use as they were encrusted with food. All of this was documented and submitted immediately so the management would not think we were responsible. The front porch swing, we never did sit in, because it was cracked at the roof line and we were terrified that it would fall down. Having two twin beds instead of two doubles in the extra room was kind of weird for an adult however the mattresses were comfortable.
