needs renovation, should be cleaner, better equipped kitchen needed, better sleaping matts- without dents needed, leaking in the bathroom, the cauch is gross,…

Facilities around and location were realy good

Minimaly equiped for apartment. Totaly unclean and old.

On the beach basicly, AC working, beds/matraces ok

Doors opening when not locked, smell of a cigarets (people smoking inside), broken flaps on a new AC, stinking sofa (moldy, sweaty smell), leaking kitchen counter - water pouring into the below sink cabinet, spider webs, broken shelves in closets, smelly blankets, stained walls, stained chairs (filthy to sit on), stained unwashed curtains, missing glasses and cups (not enough for 6 persons), not enough space for 6 persons (they can not eat at the same table), had to file a complaint to get fresh towels and bedding (in the price and changed every week with the fresh ones - stuff said “we were not on the list”), stuff unmotivated and aware of all this flaws. Staff is forwarding all the complains to the owners, but nothing happens. We were in the SAME apartment this year as last time (App 15), but the only improvement was: new cooking plate (last year Rade Koncar from 1980’s Yugoslaw company was working if you tricked him with precise know switch), new AC (already missing a flap which changes airflow up/down). The rest worsened. I forgot to take pictures of it all. Shame :(
