Enjoy a panoramic view of Buyers Peak and the surrounding area from the living room and balcony of this warmly furnished townhome. Renovated and Upgraded. The gas fireplace makes for cozy evenings. BBQ with friends on the private front balcony or enjoy private time on the master bedroom balcony. Quiet townhome design means no one above or below you. The included Meadow Ridge Clubhouse is a short walk and features a fitness center, year round outdoor hot tubs and year round outdoor heated pool. Park in the private oversize garage and keep your skis, boards and boots warm overnight. Quality cookware and a fully equipped kitchen will please the gourmet cook. There is a private Bosch washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Satellite TV and Internet TV.

Superb skiing and boarding are minutes away at Winter Park and Mary Jane. Ther free bus shuttle stops near the Unit. Tubing at nearby Fraser Tubing Hill is a fun break from skiing and a treat for the kids. Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing and Snowmobiling are all close by. Grand County has hundreds of miles of public trails. In summer enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, tennis, golfing and more. Historic Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park are a short drive. Nearby Hot Sulphur Springs features natural hot springs and a health spa. The Summer Rodeo is a local favorite.

Hi! It's our 2nd time here. We love this condo. Just a couple of odd things though-1-No kitchen trash bags, we had to go buy some2-There is no bottom track on the shower door in the master room, so the door just hangs from the top and swings. It's a little unsettling, but works fine.3-Couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan. None of the switches worked. Other than those very minor items, this place is great. Thank you!

Townhouse was very clean, well equipped and thought out. Everything we needed was there. Accurate instructions how to use appliances were appreciated. Club facilities are nearby- enjoyed Hot tub and fitness room. Bus stop for the slopes are right by the condo- used it during the weekend when parking was challenging during a holiday weekend.

We had a fabulous stay for Christmas. Great location - close to Winter Park for skiing and easy to get to downtown Fraser. Also over to Granby.So much room, 3 bathrooms, and a garage!!! Definitely recommend this property. Terry was very responsive.

This spot helped make a family vacation with senior parents, adult sons & granddaughter a great success. The townhouse is located close to the Meadowridge pool & other clubhouse amenities and it’s within an hours drive to a number of Grand County activities: hot springs, rafting, hiking. It was stocked with nice quality linens & kitchen supplies & comfy beds.

Clean and spacious townhome in 3 levels with an attached garage. Close to all the things you need in town and only 10 min drive to Winter Park village. The clubhouse had all the fun activities. 2 outdoor hot tubs are large enough to fit many people so didn’t feel crowded. Overall great stay!!

My two cousins and I stayed here and fished with a guide out of Grand Lake for the week. The 30 mile drive to Grand Lake was worth it considering the condo’s price, 3 BR/BA layout and the proximity to Safeway and numerous places to eat. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The big screen TV was nice for watching football and golf. The owner was easy to communicate with and quickly responded when I had a question.

Everything worked well for our group of 5 adults and 2 young children. The loft bedroom space was a bit uncomfortable. The room was hot in August even with the fan. The bunk beds were comfortable for a 3 and 4 year old. But the step ladder entrance was not safe. And the the bars on the top bunk were inadequate. All other sleeping spaces were very comfortable. Great space for adults. Some minor issues for very young children.

This was a perfect base for our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. It was even nicer than the impression we got from the photos online. And the value for money is excellent! Terry was great to work with. Everything was clear and accurate, but he was never intrusive. We would gladly stay here again the next time we need lodging in the area. We highly recommend it to anyone who needs a great place for your family to stay.

We rented this property for an entire month. The owner was wonderful with answering questions and helping us with a few unique scenarios. It was so nice having a garage and three bedrooms. Everyone had their own space and were able to feel at home. The sleeping areas were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. We had nearly everything we would at home. The views from the living room are a bonus. The clubhouse access was a great perk. Lots to do when we weren’t out exploring. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, well appointed and clean house. We lacked for nothing. Quick and kind communication with the owner. Issues were addressed quickly. The house was in a great location to winter park and local amenities. The club house had a hot tub that we were able to soak in after a day on the slopes. Wonderful to have a garage to park in. As we got 10 inches of snow while there!! Will definitely consider renting here again in the future.

Beautiful view of mountains outside the living room, well equipped kitchen, 3 full baths and bedrooms, laundry, heated garage, neighborhood hot tub and pool, and quick communication from owner. What more could you want? Winter Park bus went right by the door at :00 and :30 after the hour, but resort was only a 15 minute drive, so it's easy to pick up skiers. Devil's Thumb and Snow Mountain Ranch were about 15 minutes the opposite way, so both cross country and alpine skiers can coexist happily within the family. Grocery store at the bottom of the mountain was super convenient. Family that doesn't want to drive can fly into Denver, take the train to Union Station, then the weekend train from there to Winter Park on Friday, home on Sunday at 4:30. We love Winter Park, and we especially loved this condo for our family of 5 adults (or it could accommodate 4 / 6 adults and 2 kids in bunks, plus the couch. Thanks so much for sharing your great place! We'd pick it again in a heartbeat!

The host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The access code we were given didn’t work but he quickly fixed that for us. The condo is very clean and cozy. The shuttle stops right outside of the condo, but we ended up driving to the mountain every day.. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Have to say this was the most organized and best communicating owner we have ever had with VRBO! The condo was newly remodeled with a new kitchen, bathrooms and flooring throughout, roomy, clean and comfortable for our 5 adult family stay over the holidays. The listing was accurate and the additional info provided by the owner made it easy to understand and operate the new appliances, etc. The high garage door and ceiling worked out well for our SUV with our Thule on top fitting in, which was great since we received 2 feet of snow during our stay! The condo was convenient to local shopping in Frasier and a 10 minute drive to Winter Park resort. We would definitely stay there again and thanks for your hospitality!

This townhouse gave us plenty of room to let the kids spread out and have their own space after a long day of skiing. Any hurdles we came across, Terry was great to communicate with. Location was very convenient, especially to get to the grocery store and for picking up elevation pizza. Would definitely recommend two other families! This town home had nice finishes that you don’t see very often like granite and walk in showers.
