About this cabin rental
This log cabin vacation rental in McCall, Idaho has a handcrafted touch throughout, with custom log furniture, local artwork, and even complimentary jam for your stay! The spacious 3 bedroom cabin sleeps 8, so there's plenty of room to stretch out in the loft, hang out at the bar or chill in the hammock with a hot or cold drink on the wrap-around covered deck.
This cabin is right next to state land, there is a great view from inside and plenty of forest to hike or snowshoe right off the deck. Only 3 miles from downtown! Cabin is near Payette Lake and 10 miles from Brundage Mountain Ski Resort. Tamarack Ski Resort is about 20 minutes away. Located up Warren Wagon Road.
This cabin has it all. At least, all you would ever need in a home sweet away from home. Vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, covered deck, bamboo flooring, leather couches, local artwork and photography. The open loft features a futon with a big screen tv complete with a dvd collection with everyone's favorites. The perfect setting for a family BBQ, outside you have a grill and a view, and inside the kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to be chef, baker or griller extraordinaire.
There are three bedrooms (including master bedroom), each with a custom aspen queen log bed. Master bedroom features a beautifully tiled bathroom, large tub and shower with custom crafted vanity. If you need more beds, there is the sleeper sofa in the loft and 2 twin size mattresses, plenty of linens and blankets.
You will find a personal touch on the inside, with handcrafted log and wood furniture. The owner, Mark, has always had a way with his hands, and it shows in the craftsmanship. Log beds, stools, dining table, side tables, all crafted out of aspen and recycled dock wood.
Minimum stay of 2-3 nights.

Cozy cabin. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for older parents. The owners were very accessible but fortunately, we didn't need any assistance.

Beautiful log cabin with 3 bedrooms and a loft. First floor primary en suite bedroom. Close to town by car. Stayed 5 nights. Would do again.

This is truly a one of a kind cabin. It is evident that the owners have treated it as a second home. The furniture in most part is hand made and finished beautifully. There is every appliance and amenity needed for a comfortable stay, and they have provided reading material about the area that gives information of what to see and where to go.Our hosts were very open and communications were great. We had a couple of minor questions and they returned our calls immediately,If we had to select a specific experience, it was sitting on the porch in the evening, where it was cool and very quiet, and watching the deer graze in the woods nearby.It was an ideal setting.McCall is only a couple of miles away, but we stayed at the cabin because it was such a pleasure to be there.

We absolutely adored this cabin, it was perfect. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We were in McCall looking at properties for ourselves and if this ever was on the market I’d try to convince my husband to buy it! We loved it!
