Beautiful Emerald Isle Oceanfront 5 Bedroom Duplex: 'Changes in Latitudes'

Can’t beat the location. It was nice having the cell numbers of the cleaning person and the property manager. We couldn’t get the tv to work and property manager was very responsive and helpful. Just needed to reboot. Also couldn’t figure how to lock the door and again, he was kind and helpful. Looks like the property is having some updates done which is not a bad idea. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, steps from the beach. House is well loved, could use a few updates but we were there for the beach! Decks were great, lots of outdoor furniture. We really enjoyed our time with friends and family.

Property is worn out and outdated.There were structural issues, all floors were uneven, which made it difficult for the older ones of us to keep our balance. There was condensation and fog between the panes in all of the windows, including the sliding glass doors. The cleanliness was not up to our standards. It was cleaner when we left than it was when we arrived. There are too many other negatives, so we'll tell you what we did like about the property. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the new deck areas, although rain guards were not installed under the upper level deck, so when it rained, we couldn't use the lower level deck without getting wet. We liked the outdoor shower which had the only shower wand of all the showers in the house even though it was outside. The kitchen countertops were very nice. Overall, we feel we didn't get the value for the amount we paid.
