Great Views! Minutes to Snowmass Village! Large Fire Pit. 5 Bedrooms & 5 Baths!

The perfect setting for the holidays! Views of snow-covered mountains, hot cocoa by the fireplace, holiday music on the mountain or you can even take a sleigh ride! Our Five bedroom and five-bath house has fabulous mountain views. The Snowmass ski lifts are just down the road--about a mile and a half to the new base village. (You can take a $1 per person taxi, walk to the shuttle stop or purchase a parking pass.)

Apres Ski around our large fire pit overlooking Snowmass Mountain.... Relax in the hot tub with a great view..... Roast marshmallows on our large wood burning fire place.....This of course after a fabulous day of skiing just down the road!

The house has an open layout with a comfortable den with a new large L shaped sofa, a TV, a gas fireplace, and views of the ski mountain. The dining area has a new 10 foot solid oak dining table. The living room has three sofas and a WOOD BURNING fireplace. Outside on the stone patio is a hot tub for six, a large built-in grill and a fabulous gas fire pit.

The home has mountain lodge style furnishings and antler chandeliers. Rustic wood floors downstairs, rustic wood in two bedrooms, and three bedrooms with carpet. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and TV. Largest upstairs master bedroom has a Queen bed, office area, separate shower, deep soaking tub and double sinks. Second upstairs bedroom (which has a modern style) has a Queen Bed and a private bath . Third bedroom has twin beds and private bath with tub/shower combo. Fourth bedroom has a King bed and private bath with a shower (and fabulous view!). Fifth bedroom (the only one downstairs) is a larger room with two twins and a bunk bed separated by a half wall. All bathrooms have natural stone and brushed nickel fixtures. Amenities for babies and toddlers includes 2 booster seats and 2 Pack N Play cribs available upon request.

Please note that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is essential. Our home is built into the mountain and has a steep driveway.

Getting around Snowmass Village is easy. You have three options from the house--driving, using the shuttle service, or using 'Dial a Ride' service ($1 per person). First, the Snowmass Village Shuttle (Service Route #8) stops at the corner of Meadow and Sinclair Road which is about a quarter of a mile from the house (half way is up, half way is down.) The shuttle provides service to Snowmass Village. Second, you can get to the slopes with 'Dial a Ride' service for $1 per person; it is a service provided by the City of Snowmass Village and High Mountain Taxi and offers service within Snowmass Village. The service is available from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. however, they recommend calling at least thirty minutes before your time of departure. Third, parking passes are available for purchase and allow you to park in the Premium parking spots in the village.

If you wish to ski the other mountains (Highlands, Buttermilk or Aspen Mountain), there is a shuttle or you can drive. There is paid parking (when available) at Buttermilk or Highlands and street parking or the City lot in Aspen. In addition to skiing, there are fabulous restaurants and other activities throughout the area.
