Beautiful house in Cypress Cove

Clean house, prompt responses from owner. We had an issue with the internet connection and he came out that same day at night to fix it. You will need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and soap as that is not provided for you. There are a lot of options for washing your clothes though. Easy access to Highway 1 which will take you wherever you want to go in the Monterey area. Within walking distance to Walmart and the beach.

The house was very clean, but the pungent smell of curry is a little overpowering when you first walk in. The home has two nice televisions, but they only have internet service and most channels required a password or subscription. I sent the owner a text and never got a response, this was a little disappointing. It would have been nice to relax and watch something other than Amazon. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

Tuan kept the direction pretty simple. He responds pretty promptly. The house is very clean & comfortable. Everyone in the group had good things to say about the layout & cleanliness of the house. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a safe neighborhood. Thanks for the wine bottle. It was a ladies group & they missed mirrors in their rooms🤣 but thank you for everything else.🙏🏼

I would recommend this property to anyone. Very clean and modern. Everything worked. However, kitchen supplies are sparse. I recommend more kitchen towels and small staples like salt and pepper. I would definitely stay here again though.

Our host really made us feel at home. The place was immaculate. Most comfortable beds I’ve had the pleasure of sleeping in except my own. Our host was responsive to our request for a larger countertop oven so that we could bake during our evenings in, and we greatly appreciated it. He even left us complementary bottles of wine and passes to the Aquarium. Great location—we were able to see Big Sur and the 17-mile Drive and Christmas on the Old Fisherman’s Wharf to name just a few of our outings. Highly recommend this property and host.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfy, but it was a bit too sparse. It could use a few more side tables, towels for the kitchen and bathrooms. There are two TVs but unfortunately the remote to one was missing so we were down to only one TV. May not be an issue in most cases but we planned a “stay-cation” especially with the rain and had no TV upstairs. Then the WiFi went out the day before we left (could have been the weather, but it was weak overall).

We enjoyed our stay, especially that we each had our own room. A couple of things, there was only three mugs for coffee, having at least six would be great. Instructions to the fire place, and the Tv in the master room we could not get it to work. Thank you the place was lovely, will be back for sure.

Check in is easy! Very spacious and large home. The home has everything you could need and more. Fully stocked home with washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook full meals! Will definitely be coming back to this home. Thank you!

The home was exactly what was pictured and exactly what we needed - showers, kitchen, comfy beds and location, location, location. Thanks for sharing.

Nice home to stay in. Kitchen had what you need to cook with and great water pressure. We were comfortable and close to where we wanted to visit.

It would be nice to have shower caddies, no place to put soap, shampoo, etc. And have some chairs in the backyard.

This home was perfect for our 3 couples. We each had our own bathroom and nice size rooms. The property was neat, clean, and nicely decorated. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to communication.

This home is clean and spacious. It worked well for a family get together. I would stay here again.

Everything was really clean. The furnishings were a little on the "flimsy" side, but they worked well enough for a weekend rental. We really appreciated the bottle of wine and the Aquarium tickets (though we didn't take advantage of those).

It was great, clean and so close to the beach. Would stay again but no oven or barbecue.

Loved the property. Clean. Great shower water pressure. Everything is upgraded, floors, kitchen, bathrooms. Loved how close it was to beach and Monterey. Owner responds very quickly with answers to any questions you have. Highly recommend it.

This was a nice location about 15-20 min away from Monterey. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the house was nice and clean. It was big enough for 4 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed our stay and cooked a couple of meals. Only drawback was there was no oven in the kitchen which was a bit odd but they do have a little toaster oven for small things. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was true to its description. It was a lovely, superbly kept home with lots of space. It was convenient to Monterey and Carmel but quiet to come back to in the evening. Tuan, our host, was very responsive to every email. The passes to the Aquarium were an added bonus.

The house is located in a residential neighborhood and is very clean ad well kept. Tuan communicates quickly and clearly. There is good shopping nearby, and quick access to Hwy 1.

The house was great for our group. Clean, conveniently located, pretty well stocked. It is in the heart of a residential neighborhood, but it is close to local restaurants and to the main routes into Monterey. It definitely way exceeded our expectations!

Thank you so much for allowing us stay in your lovely home. It was great that it was so close to Monterey tourist spots. We enjoyed several trips to Monterey. Walmart is super close to the house and that was nice because we had to make several trips. We missed having basic kitchen supplies: salt, pepper, etc. I had planned on making brownies, but thought again when I discovered there was not an oven. Regardless of the lack of kitchen supplies we still had a great time and appreciated having the kitchen. A suggestion might be is to have a chair or a bench by the door, so there is a place to take shoes off and then stash them. The coffee table is not very stable. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your house.

We enjoyed our stay, as our home-base while son and hubby participated in the Spartan Race; close and convenient to the race and Monterey attractions!

The home was extremely comfortable, perfect for a family of adults. The booking, check in and check out was easy, and the owner was quick to respond to my questions. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. Would book again if staying in Marina.

We had a great stay at this property! We only stayed for 2 nights but it was a perfect location being down the street from our favorite beach (Marina state beach). It was a short drive from all the things we love to do in Moss Landing and Monterey. The house felt homey. It was clean and comfortable to stay in. Plenty of space for all 8 of us! The owner was very nice, and easy to work with. They were very accommodating to us arriving early. 😊 We are glad we picked this home for our stay!

The house was clean, quiet, warm and dry. Perfect place to rest after a day of sightseeing. The bottle of wine and aquarium tickets are a nice bonus.

Beautiful updated home, close to beach, 15 minute drive to Monterey, 30-45min drive to Santa Cruz. Several stores minutes away, Luckys, CVS, Walmart, Carniceria etc. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is. A perfect house for a family. Three full bathrooms and bedroom downstairs for the handicapped. Close to shopping and freeway. They had all ementies needed for a week stay. Host was very responsive and the home was clean.

We loved this home. It has all the basics covered and is easy in - easy out to get to all of the nearby sites that you want to see. Located in a quiet neig(boyhood but just a couple blocks from the highway. Our family had a great time. Thank you Tuan!
