This studio was nicely located between East and West villages - a very short drive in either direction. A very quiet property situated back from the street in a quiet neighborhood. Julie was always very responsive to my questions when booking. We had a delightful stay.

The cottage was pretty much as described. Beautiful location, no problems finding it and checking in but I’m glad it wasn’t dark when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and everything was well-stocked. We did have a small ant problem briefly. The area is fenced so it was nice to be able to let the dogs out to sniff around and potty without a leash. Overall a nice stay with no major problems. (The bottle of wine was a nice touch - thank you)

This was so peaceful and quiet. I only gave it 4 stars because in the description we thought we would have an area outside that was a little more private. We loved looking out the back of the property, the trees gave us so much privacy! Lovely welcoming hosts! Thank you!

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Queen bed and day bed were extremely comfortable. Note that extra bed in living room is an air mattress and worked well for a child, but may not work well for a large adult. Kitchenette could use a few more items to make it truly functional, but nothing missing we couldn’t live without. Host communicated well and was friendly and prompt to answer questions. Would definitely stay again!

Great location in Cambria for our group of 4 adults and 2 dogs. Close to cafes. It was super nice to have an adjustable mattress for the bedroom and filtered water ready in the fridge. Our hosts were super responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful property tucked away in the hills of Cambria. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space for my daughter to play and our GSD was right at home in the yard. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and anything I needed, Julie was very quick to help out. We would love to stay here again!

Nice, friendly residential neighborhood way up on the hill. The house was cozy. We cooked a couple meals and the kitchen was fine. The heating was a bit tricky to control - got warmer than we liked at some point, but maybe we are technically challenged. Two of the beds were a bit soft for our taste. Our 4-year old got the nice hard mattress! Overall a good base for a long weekend in Cambria.

We had a wonderful time staying at Julie’s property. The moment we first walked in, we knew it was simply perfect! Our only complaint is that our stay was too short. This property is perfect for families and pets, which we are extremely grateful for. We’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Actually 3 1/2 stars....Fantastic location, quiet and spacious, but worn & tired. Clean linens & towels, very comfortable beds. Toilets and sinks acceptable, but showers are awful! Faucet on tub is literally corroded through and grab bars are nasty. Master bath: Shower enclosure is poorly lit, floor is badly discolored & worn, grab bars need good cleaning as well as dirty ceiling and walls (long dark hair on ceiling of shower & on ceiling of bathroom). Front porch has some loosened boards with nails coming up. Front porch motion sensor light turns off too soon, not enough time to get down the stairs. Carpets in living room & bedrooms need deep cleaning. Very nice appliances: stove, oven, washer & dryer. Overall needs some freshening up and definitely upgrade bathrooms.

Julie was very helpful and accommodating, going out of her way to make sure our reservation went through in a busy time. Her place was charming, comfortable in a quiet, scenic area and a close walk to Main St. Thank you for hospitality. From my 93 year old dad to my 13 year old we all had a great time!

We had a wonderful time; the house was great for 6 people with a dog; easy to get to the beach and to hiking. Outdoor plugs made EV charging really easy and convenient. We are a group of folks who love to cook and there were just some minor deficiencies in the kitchen: tea kettle,larger baking sheets, regular coffee pot, and a few more dinner plates. The house was comfortable and in good repair. We would come there again for sure.

Spent 4 days at the property in February and we loved our stay. We had a small hiccup regarding checking into the house, but Julie contacted me ASAP to rectify. House and property was perfect for accommodating our dog too. Fenced backyard was a major PLUS. Kitchen is stocked well and TV streaming options were fantastic. We saw deer and turkey in the yard. Showers could use upgrading and there was a minor ant issue, but nothing that would deter me from recommending or booking again. This is a neighborhood that I would love to live in.

We stayed here with two grandparents, two parents, two kids under 10, and a dog. The house was clean and well-supplied with essential household items, including cleaning supplies. The kitchen items were very eclectic, but we had everything we needed. The beds were all comfortable and the open layout was perfect for time together and the house was roomier than it looks in the pictures. We were also surprised and appreciative that all the TVs were already logged into several streaming services so that we didn’t need to use our logins (and then forget to log out). The fully-fenced backyard and driveway/patio was perfect for our kids and dog, while the adults could look at the view and keep an eye on things from the deck. We really enjoyed our stay here. There was nothing more we needed!
