Inside, you'll find warm wood floors, wood-cased windows, granite countertops, and cozy furnishings throughout. The spacious great room features soaring ceilings and a pellet stove fireplace, creating the perfect space to gather. The kitchen includes a large island with bar seating—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks—while the adjacent deck invites you to fire up the BBQ (seasonal availability) and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The upper level hosts the main living area along with the primary bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed. Downstairs, two additional queen bedrooms offer restful retreats, along with a well-appointed bathroom complete with a relaxing jacuzzi tub. A two-car garage and large driveway provide convenient parking.

Adventure is right outside your door. Hiking and biking trails are nearby, with the West Shore bike path just one block away, connecting you along Highway 89 to Tahoe City and beyond. The house is 2 story, 3 bedrooms,2.5 bath with spacious kitchen/living area.
There is a large front balcony that faces the street overhanging the driveway. The inside is very cozy, with a lot of beautiful wood.
There is a gas oven/stove which made cooking easy. The beds were very comfortable and linens were wonderful. Neighborhood is quiet, secluded.

Unfortunately we were not able to use the deck as the cushions on the furniture had been ripped and you could see the cotton filling. Other cushions were soiled. Reported to property manager and we’re told they couldn’t do anything at this time. Automatic water and ice maker were not working on refrigerator. The home was clean inside.
