The two charming houses in the heart of the village, calm and comfort

As part of what we call the commons, of an old hunting lodge of the 19th century, in the center of Olonne sur Mer, the two juxtaposed houses are very well appointed and equipped for comfort like at home, you will be seduced by its decoration in current colors, sea ambiance. They have two large independent adjoining gardens facing south. The old village where it is good to walk, is also the departure of several cycle paths and walking paths which will lead you to the beautiful beach and to the center of Sables d Olonne (You can also rent a small outbuilding: a beautiful bedroom with shower room can accommodate a couple (for € 90.00 a night or € 300.00 a week).

You can on request take advantage of the services of a cleaning lady
the departure cleaning package worth € 38.00 allows you to leave the
take your luggage (only the dishes must be done by you).
Equipment at your service:
-In the bathrooms: Bathtub and shower cabin, and walk-in shower
LL, ironing, hair dryer.
-In kitchens: LV, Fan oven, microwave, induction hob,
kettle, coffee maker, toaster, mixer.
-In the gardens possibility (on request) of two more above ground pools
d 1m high, very pleasant to relax on inflatable mattresses. We assure
the safety of the little ones by removing the ladder that accesses it. Only water costs are extra (€ 20.00)
The taxes requested by the municipality is 1.1 € for adults.
In the village on foot you will find 1 bakery, a butcher who
has a grocery store, a tobacco / press, a pizzeria very famous in the
region, café / bar, tourist office, museum of traditions, our beautiful
church and other monuments that can be discovered with
a guide.
At the two ends of the village (2km) a large Leclerc shopping center with a
large number of shops, and a Hyper U.
The town of Sables d Olonne is the large seaside resort with its large and beautiful beach and its embankment rebuilt in 2011, its restaurants (feet in the sand), its very active and welcoming sailing club, children's clubs where your youngest can make friends, its refined boutiques, its comings and goings of boats of all kinds ...
On the side of Olonne sur Mer you will find the tranquility of the forest which leads to an immense beach overhung by a dune. A riding club has the great privilege of enjoying these wild spaces (walks on the beach and in the forest). The marsh is also a place for walking and great discoveries. You will be seduced!
