Parking for 2 vehicles in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls permitted.

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a copy of their photo ID.

In this day and age, it seems like all property rental companies are this gigantic corporations that are just looking to make a large profit. That is not the case with Kismet. They are personable, warm, and have a boutique feel that is usually lost when we stay places on vacation. Their app is the best piece of technology I have used in this space.The Skinny Dip property was perfect for my family, and had every amenity I could think of. It is right across the street from the beach, and parking was never an issue. Cannot wait to rebook soon!

We love this area - and this condo is so close to beach access! A short drive (or walk / bike ride) down to Seaside - lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The condo offered plenty of space for our family of 3. Kitchen stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and anything else you may need. No laundry in unit (description clearly stated this) but you’re located close to an onsite laundry facility that we were able to use to dry some beach clothes. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely stay again!

Probably my 4th or 5th time renting through Nancy at Kismet Properties. I always return because I can count on her quick confirmation to my reservation, no hidden fees, super clean & cute condos. Condos have all had nicely stocked kitchens with matching, good quality dishes, glassware & cooking supplies. So many other condos try to pass off left over junk as acceptable kitchen ware! Very comfortable mattresses, sofas, nice linens & towels. Very professional level supplies. Also love that I can park my car and walk to beach, coffee spot, dinners out. A super easy spot to find a few days of rest & relaxation!
