This second floor condo is directly on the beach at the corner of S. Ocean Blvd and 17th Ave. The location offers fun on every corner--from the ice cream shop, to the souvenir shop, to the beach side cafe just next door. Teens will be happy to venture out for activities like beach sports or mini golf just 2 blocks away.
New laminate flooring (2021), wireless, flat screen TVs, large dining area, beautifully decorated throughout. A storage closet for the beach chairs provided by the owner, and drying rack for wet towels.

The very well-equipped kitchen is complete with a smooth-top range, microwave, dishwasher and pantry. In addition, there is a king-size washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was exceptionally clean and looked exactly like the photos online. All appliances were in excellent working order—especially the refrigerator’s ice maker, which was a nice convenience. One of our favorite features inside the unit was the round coffee table with pull-out footrests, which added both comfort and functionality.The location was ideal, with restaurants, miniature golf, shopping, and grocery stores just a short drive or walk away. Beach access was fairly close, though navigating through two gates made it a bit challenging for families with small children, older guests, or anyone hauling beach wagons and gear.We only used the outdoor pool and lazy river during our stay, and while both were enjoyable, the lack of nearby restrooms was inconvenient. To use the bathroom, we had to leave the pool area, dry off, grab our key (keypad entry would be nice) and pass through three gates to get back into the building—then wait for the elevator to reach our second-floor unit. Thankfully, our 4-year-old grandson was able to wait, but it’s concerning to think that not everyone may take the time to do the same (which is... unsettling, to say the least).If the complex is planning any future upgrades, adding a restroom near the pool or lazy river would be a major improvement and a much-appreciated convenience for all guests.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning—with fingers crossed for a few thoughtful upgrades.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Crescent Shores! We had everything we needed, including some additional small touches that were nice, such as a laundry basket, the toiletry set in the master bathroom, and a crockpot. I was initially worried about being on the 2nd floor, but the views were great, and we actually enjoyed being close enough to run up and down the stairs when we were coming in and out. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Nice location and beach access.
Kitchen had everything you need.
Parking was ok in garage across streets always found a spot no matter the time of day.
Owners of this unit need to upgrade
The mattress(all) are as old as the building I would guess.
Fridge is weak for a rental getting loaded each week-took 2-days to make hold temperature.
All furniture is broken in some manner and rigged to hold together.
Not one Outdoor patio furniture has 4 legs the same length
Bring stuff with you to level the patio furniture
I fixed lots of stuff so next renter has it better.
Caution in showers all ani-scalding functions of faucets are disabled. Once you learn it after getting burned you’re ok, but for the price theses owners need to get real and fix and replace many items.
We had fun and laughed about the condition of it, because we’re accustomed to getting out of date rentals.
Also if you rent this unit sweep it and especially the balcony when you first get there, or you’re starting off a bit sandy. The place was cleaner when we left than when we arrived.
