About this house rental
Villa Osca is the ideal place to relax and enjoy that peace and tranquility in typical Abruzzese style. Choose your perfect holiday: a weekend away from home, a whole week off from work, a long stay to write a book or simply recharge your batteries.
The villa is located in a place called vignola and has a typically Mediterranean appearance (42. 151483 N 14. 714300 E). Vignola is located near the nature reserve of Punta Aderci and Punta Penna
The villa is about 500 square meters large. on an area of about 4000 square meters. The structure is divided into three floors with the peculiarity that each floor is located on the ground floor thanks to the construction that follows the slope towards the sea. Each floor therefore has its own entrance, independent terrace with barbecue, sunbeds, deckchairs and much more. There are communal areas such as the swimming pool and the play area where you will find a ping pong table. There are bikes and scooters available for guests. A special feature that we offer, among the many services, is the free weekly cleaning with change of bed and bathroom kit.
The wi-fi network installed has external repeaters and antennas in order to receive the signal even comfortably in the pool or on the terrace.
We organize, on request, guided tours or excursions, dinners with private chefs, massages and boat trips along the coast of the Trabucchi coast or to the nearby Tremiti islands
Villa Osca is a private villa located on the sea of Vasto, in Abruzzo, in the province of Chieti, on a promontory with a direct view of the Adriatic. The owners are a young couple with a passion for gardening. Villa Osca is the ideal place to relax and enjoy that peace and tranquility in typical Abruzzese style.
It is possible, to order, to organize mini cruises with lunch on board and numerous entertainments on a beautiful 47-foot yaht.
As we said the villa is located in Vignola near the national reserve Punta Aderci (100 meters from the sea and a few kilometers from the town. You can choose to use the beach below the villa (in crushed stone) or a couple of kilometers is the beach of Punta Penna (
A few meters from the villa is the camping village La Grotte del Saraceno and the Acqualand del Vasto water park
Included are: bed linen, towels, parking inside the villa's enclosure, welcome drink with fruit basket, use of household appliances, electricity, gas, and a Vespa for walks around.
It includes the use of 1 umbrella with deckchair and sunbed at a beach resort in the vast Marina.
Dogs or cats are welcome.

A beautifully located house, with a view of the sea from the patio, lots of greenery, and peace and quiet. A kind and welcoming host, a bottle of wine and a platter of fruit as a welcome gift—and, what was truly exceptional, a stocked fridge, bread, coffee—we didn’t expect that at all.We were traveling with our dog, who is afraid of other dogs and really dislikes cats. There were dogs and cats on the property, but the dogs were calm (especially Polpetto), and the cats were practically invisible...Someone mentioned that there’s a railway line nearby. That’s true, but it didn’t bother us at all.The only downside was the occasional lack of hot water in the showers.All in all, it’s definitely worth it.It’s a pity it’s so far away, but who knows? Maybe we’ll come back.

My family thoroughly loved staying in this spacious, comfortable, fun villa! Upon arrival after a very long travel day, we were surprised to find delicious snacks and drinks. We all had comfortable rooms/beds to sleep, clean showers. We enjoyed the outdoors and the beautiful summer weather playing in the pool, riding bikes to the beach to swim & find rocks. We picked fresh herbs on the patio to cook some fresh meals and eat outside to enjoy the breathtaking ocean air and view. Our host were welcoming and amazing - so quick to help if we needed anything.

Negative kritik:
Es handelt sich bei dem Objeckt NICHT um ein Ferienhaus!!!, es ist zwar eine Villa über 3 Etagen jedoch aufgeteilt in die Wohnung des Inhabers (Keller sozusagen) und 2 Apartments ( Eg + 1 Og). Ich habe eigentlich auf ein Ferienhaus allein nur für mich und meine Begleitung gehofft bzw. es als Solches über das Inserat gebucht. (extreme enttäuschung)
Dünne Wände, es ist nicht schön morgens von Krach und Kindergeschrei geweckt zu werden.
Die Besitzerin hat zwar angegeben dass Haustiere erlaubt sind jedoch nur weil ständig 6 Katzen und ein großer Hund sich frei auf dem Gelände bewegen. Bei uns führte das zu unangenehmen Auseinandersetzungen der Tiere mit unserem Hund.
Der nächste Sandstrand ist etwa 5-10 km entfernt.
Mückengitter an den fenstern sehr stark beschädigt.
Schimmel am Fenster in der dusche und undichte Duschkabine.
Bilder im Inserat sind Uralt, das Haus, die Terasse, der Pool, und das gesamte Gelände sind bei weitem nicht mehr so gepflegt wie auf den Fotos. Gewächs schränkt die Aussicht auf das Meer extrem ein.
Keine möglichkeit trotz Leerstehenden 2ten Apartments. zu tauschen, da uns die aussicht von der Terasse im Eg sehr viel mehr gefiel.
Besitzerin spricht leider ausschließlich nur italienisch.
Sehr viele Stechmücken.
BAHNSTRECKE unmittelbar vor der Villa!, dementsprechend sehr viel Zuglärm.
Katzen toben sich gerne an den Mülltonnen aus um an den Inhalt zu kommen.
Nur wenige Türen oder Holztore lassen sich richtig schließen/öffnen.
Neutrale Kritik:
Alt und Neumodische Möbelausstattung je Zimmer ( Geschmackssache )
für eine Villa recht klein aber Fein.
( Recht unzureichend-, aber: ) beleuchtete Terasse

Sehr sauber.
Waschmaschiene vorhanden.
Küche ausreichend bestückt.
Hertzlicher Empfang.
In der Einfahrt ist Platz für mindestens 2 Pkw, somit sind die Fahrzeuge immer auf dem Gelände in unmittelbarer nähe der Apartments.
Sehr beeindruckende Aussicht.
Sehr Tolerante Inhaberin im bezug auf Abendlichen (-Grill und Terrassen) -Lärm.
Geländebetreuung kümmert sich um die Müllentsorgung.
Gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden.
Viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.
Gute Raumaufteilung, 2 Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit eigenem Badezimmer.
jeweils 1 großes Doppelbett mit 1 großen Matratze und ein kleines Enzelbett pro Schlafzimmer.
Sehr Sichere Eingangstür.
Schöner Eingangsbereich mit Durchreiche vom Flur in die Küche im oberen Apartment.
Gut beleuchtete Räumlichkeiten.
