About this house rental
Heated pool (shoulder seasons)- Lovely 1600 square foot single level home, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, nicely decorated, fresh linens & towels, fully furnished. Located in Buckeye, one of Arizona's top ten safest City's (2017)
Internet and cable package included.
No phone available. However, we recommend renters using their own cell phones purchasing U.S. roaming package or buying a cheap phone and package through Wal-Mart). Backyard has covered patio, heated pool(except coldest months), patio table and chairs as well as propane firepit and seating area. Our guests will also enjoy the large eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, computer desk, and sitting areas.
Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, queen bed, full bath, and 32’ flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 32" flat screen TV. The third bedroom has queen bed. Shared full bath across the hall.
Conveniently located near a golf course, approx 1 mile to convenience stores & shops including Wal-Mart, Fry’s Grocery, restaurants, banks, etc. Just off I-10, with a quick run to many professional sports, baseball spring training, close to Phoenix Coyotes hockey, football, Nascar, and the Zoo. Buckeye is just 4 hours from Las Vegas, 3.5 hours from the Grand Canyon, 2 hours from Sedona, 1/2 hour from Phoenix, and 4.5 hours from Los Angeles

This was an amazing property! Impeccably clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and beautiful pool and patio. Kim is an amazing host. Checked in with us when we arrived and communicated during the stay. I will definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed staying at this house again. Very clean and comfortable. Owner is very nice and helpful. Excellent location to visit our extended family in Buckeye.
