We rented this home while we were in visiting Fort Myers for spring training baseball for our son. I love the location of this house, even though it was a little further from the fields and I was originally looking for. The properties backyard is a corner lot where canals intersect. I loved watching the boats troll in and out. I loved being able to see the water when I knew staying closer to the beach wasn’t the best option. The house could’ve had a a few more amenities for cooking. We anticipated 5 to 6 of us, but due to surgeries and other circumstances, it just ended up being the two of us. I managed with what we had. I love the house! Especially the location!We live in Pennsylvania. The owner tells you how to heat the pool and the hot tub. I was a little surprised at how cold the water got at night. We know we need to heat our keep our pool heated in Pennsylvania, but I anticipated Florida being warmer. (we also keep our pool in Pennsylvania in the mid 80s, so I’m sure it was warm for plenty of people.) The weather was great though! 85 to 90 every day. If the team decides to return to Fort Myers again, I will probably see if this house is available. Loved being able to walk around the neighborhood and sit on the back patio or in the backyard and enjoy the water.

The property was adequate but could use some updating. We enjoyed our time with family and found the property enjoyable for fishing and relaxing with the pool and hot tub.
