If you are looking for a bright, panoramic apartment just a few meters from the beach, Talamone Sea View Apartment is the perfect solution.
Enjoy the foreshortening over the sea and the famous "Uccellina" natural park from its beautiful terrace.Only 100 meters from the beach Bagno delle Donne, the apartment is very bright and offers from every window a beautiful view of the sea and the Uccellina Park. The house is located on the second floor of a building in the center of the small historic village of Talamone from which you can walk to the two beautiful beaches with crystal clear water (the equipped one " Bagno delle Donne" and the free one "Del Cannone"), the historic Sienese Castle overlooking the sea, the picturesque terrace square, restaurants, bars, supermarket (just below the house), stores, port and any other service.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, in addition 2 children can sleep in the sofa bed in the living room.
Upon entering we find a bright living room with TV, sofa (bed) and dining area adjacent to the fully equipped small kitchen. From the living room you can exit to the balcony from which you can admire the beautiful view.
To the right of the living room is the bathroom with shower and a smaller double bedroom, to the left the larger double bedroom.
Many small animals carved into the wood make the house especially pleasant for children.
Although naturally cool, the house is air-conditioned, which can serve as heating in the winter season.
Also available: washing machine, ironing board, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Wi-fii, hair dryer, Baby bed (on request).
It is possible to rent boats, scuba diving, kitesurfing, fishing-tourism. Ferries to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri also depart from the port. Within walking distance are some of the most beautiful hiking trails in the Uccellina Park, which can also be visited on horseback.
The Argentario peninsula is 20 km from the house, and can also be reached by boat. Grosseto is about 30 km away. The beaches of Alberese, Cala di Forno, delle Cannelle, as well as the Osa coast are just a few minutes away by car (or boat).
Bus stop within walking distance. Train station is in Fonteblanda, 4 km from the house, connected by bus. Free public parking in the immediate vicinity of the house. Keep in mind that during summer weekends and high season there may be a shortage of spaces and the need to have to park farther away.
