The house manager Jasmine is outstanding! She helped organize everything for us from restaurant reservations, transportation, grocery shopping and much more. The 3 ice machines in the house is also a nice touch for a large group.

Amazing location, property, amenities, and service! Absolutely recommend and we expect to go back. Excellent mix of room styles/layouts.

Everything is perfect in Casa Grande. The house, pool, beach, staff, privacy, water toys, chef, weather, Jasmine…. I could go own, but rather than talk about it, we booked again for next year:)

While Casa Grande is lovely and the beach is truly one of a kind, I’m afraid we were unfortunate and had a number of issues with the property. Some of the issues were minor (broken dryer, broken and leaking faucet, broken pool chair, microwave door that didn’t open, only one function working on oven, only the light wash function working on dishwasher, uncovered pool filter, moldy snorkeling equipment and the the temperature gauge on the grill didn’t work) while others were more serious (a 24 hour period with no hot water, 2 12 hour periods with almost no water pressure, a broken bed that fell to the floor when I got into it and worst of all a roach infestation in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms). We contacted the local property managers after arrival and had no reply for almost 48 hours. We were later told it was a holiday in TC, hence explaining the delayed response time. We had to resend every email we sent to Wendy, the property manager, to her assistant Jameka, as she literally did not reply. Once we complained to the property management company in the US they did reply and almost everything was fixed right away. (The woman on call was very kind and immediately addressed our concerns). The owner was also gracious enough to call us and we did appreciate his concern. He explained the property had been treated a week prior and they offered to treat again right away. The last 24 hours we had no hot water and barely there water pressure but our call and email about that went unanswered. On the last day we also discovered more roaches under the clean towels in one of the downstairs bedrooms. We are reasonable people and we understand these things happen. We live in Texas and are used to roaches but this was more than 1 or 2 and for over 20 thousand dollars a week you don’t expect these kind of inconveniences. We had to call and email daily as issues arose. It put a damper on our vacation for sure especially as the first night that we experienced the barely there water pressure was the night one of my sons had food poisoning from a local restaurant. We have rented many properties through VRBO and have never had any issues. We were disappointed and frustrated but we appreciate that we may have just been unlucky . On a positive note the location is perfect and having Netflix in every room was fabulous for the kids. The layout of the house is great and the kitchen is well stocked. The views and the beach are perfection.
