This custom-built luxury retreat features a spacious open floor plan with high end amenities you would expect from a luxury mountain home: flat screen tv's, a smart TV in media room, thermostat-controlled gas fireplace, radiant in-floor heat, gourmet kitchen with 5 burner gas range, fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor seating-including lounge chairs, padded chairs and table, 6 person high top seating with center firepit, umbrellas to provide shade, and hammocks to lounge away the day. The home offers a main floor master suite with attached bath including walk-in double shower and walk out to 2 separate patios. The spacious upstairs has two over-sized bedrooms; one with two double beds (queen air mattress also included) and one with a large King bed and queen sleeper sofa, with shared full bathroom. The main floor features two living areas. The TV/media room has 2 large couches with one pull out queen size bed that comfortably sleeps two (could accommodate two more on additional sofa); this room features a smart TV, rustic sliding barn door that is able to be closed for added privacy. There is a half bathroom on the main level and a half bathroom on the garage level.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen comes with all appliances, dishes, high quality pots and pans, utensils, bakeware, and small electrics you may need to cook large meals for your group. Features include: Keurig (k-cups not provided), coffee pot, crock pot, instant pot/rice maker, griddle, toaster, panini and waffle maker, you name it we have it There is even a gas grill and grilling utensils for your use on the deck. The kitchen provides basic condiments and pantry staples.
The home includes multiple options to keep your group entertained: Bonus living area, kitchen and Master Bedroom has a flat screen TV with DirecTV, Satellite WiFi is included with your stay, there are plenty of games in the bonus living area, outdoor games including giant Jenga and Cornhole, sleds and tubes for winter fun, hot tub, or choose to lounge in one of the hammocks on the deck while enjoying a good book from our shared library.
Additional amenities: You will have access to a 2 car heated garage. Other amenities include a washer and dryer. Board games, card games, foosball table, books, children's books and games, iron, bring your own game console to connect to SmartTV, iron, path to entrance lit at night, cleaning products are provided, thermostat controlled fireplace, ceiling fans, pack n play travel crib, stair gate and easy access keypad. Guidebook for the home and surrounding area is provided to guests. Hosts are happy to provide area recommendations for anything you need! Typical recommendations are for catered private meals at the home, area restaurants and adventure activities, ski concierge, tubing/sledding in the winter, 4 x 4 adventures along the continental divide in summer, fishing and boating, massage therapists who travel to the home and more!

We just spent 4 nights, 3 days at this beautiful cabin. The views were spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. the pictures are an accurate depiction of the home. Note that access to the hot tub is through the master bedroom. The cabin was close to many locations we explored during the day, such as the hot springs, grand lake, and winter park. The host was responsive to messages and helpful. We would definitely choose this cabin again if we stayed in the area The drive up to the cabin is scenic but unpaved (the dirt is packed down pretty good) and curvy. It took a trip or two to get comfortable. That shouldn’t be a hindrance, just an fyi of what to expect (drive slow!). All in all, an amazing experience.

The place was a joy to visit! Everything was fantastic, the views, the home the hot tub! We enjoyed our time at the cabin! The hosts we so gracious and easy to talk with!

This home was so spacious and perfect for our two families (4 adults, 2 kids). The views are absolutely unreal from nearly every room, and the home is tucked up and away so that you feel secluded. Our stay was absolutely perfect and serene.

I can rate the house and host a 5 star, but my 3 stars is based on an overall rating which will list and hope it helps!Owner does stay in touch with you and will respond any question. House is not recommended for 12 people I would say max 8-10. Entrance to the house is through the garage and you go upstairs to the home1st floor - Rooms: -1st master: 1 bed, TV, dresser, closet and and desk/printer. *Full bathroom double shower.Access to outside balcony and sliding door to the back of house 2-3 feet away from the HOT TUB...and fastest way to firepit area. -1/2 restroom hallwaycloset in hallway with cleaning supplies.Game room- sliding doors: TV, board games, 2 couches which 1 has a bed. We unfortunately couldn't use the bed as it had a few springs missing that caused mattress to sink down. HAD 2 persons (a couple) sleeping on the floor. - Kitchen: Fully equipped, they do have all you need it was had no complaints about it. Host does offer a few spices and samples for your coffee. WE also added a few items for the next people to use. - Dining table is for 10 people, great views -Living room area: 2 couches and fireplace ALL in same open area and 2 doors to access the balcony. UPSTAIRS:2nd room: 2 full size beds which sleeps 4 people maxBathroom is shared with 3rd room (2 doors)3rd room: 1 bed, couch and tv 2 Air mattress were offered ahead of time but unfortunately 1 (Queen) had an air leak and the other one was twin size not enough sleep area
