The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing. Walking distance from one of the best beaches on the Kona side and close to the beautifully landscaped pool and hot tub/jacuzzi pool. The pool was big enough to really swim in.
Though it sleeps six, the condo was totally set up for four guests. We had to request an extra dining chair so that the 5 of us could share meals together. The staff brought one the same day we asked for it, which was great.
The lanai was small and the furniture so large that there was no way to add a 5th chair there. There wasn’t really room for all 5 of us out there at one time.

They gave us the wrong entry key code. It was frustrating and we were treating with condescending attitudes. Once they realized that we weren't idiots they were very helpful.

Location was great.
This is minor, but the TV remotes and controls were very difficult to understand and operate.

nice facilities
On the first day there was a huge alive centipede in the Master bathroom! Although my daughter was successful with killing it, I was hyper-vigilant the remainder of my stay.
