A new Experiment

It’s in the heart of Sharjah

The staff on the front desk especially the manatee Indian lady she needs to be kicked out of the hotel a big brand like Sheraton making a manger she dosent know how to speak and behave her behavior was unacceptable with me and my family she is a horrible person and needs to be kicked out on Urgent basis she was on desk on the 17th please check who was the lady and bring her accountable

It was pleasant stay. I really liked it. Reception staff was very friendly.

Location is very good.

As soon entered to Gym area, whole was very smelly. Once I was in gym all of sudden fire alarm rang so loud made me scared. No one was around. Cleaning staff was good. According to my observations, they need more training on work organisations and order of handling waste. They always picked up the waste first then start bedding and dusting tables without cleaning their hands. Instead dusting and bedding should be done before handling waste from the room and was room. There is no waste bags in hotel room instead all waste to be thrown directly to bins.

The breakfast was good and there was a range in f foods. The room was clean and a good size.

The restaurant advertised (Chinese) was closed. The food we ordered room service was a little bland and tasteless.

It was good overall. But please find a solution to help dry wet swimming clothes.

Water spread all over the bathroom aftershower and then the whole room is wet because we go into and out of the bathroom. No where to dry swimming colthes. Swimming pool was full of people having training. My kids didn't have enough space to swim.

I liked the hospitality received during my 5 nights' stay at the hotel. Special credit to Mr. Tejraj, who guided me on local traffic, tourist hotspots and so on.

Great location and staff

We had a family member at the Medcare hospital and needed a close by hotel. Our plans for the duration of the stay were unpredictable and the staff and manager were super understanding and considerate. They made our life so much easier during that difficult time.

Room service was not optimal, they didn't clean the room after 2nd night. they didn't provide coffee packets Room phone was not working well and connection to internet was not easy. I had to call someone to fix both. No enough places to hang the used towels for reuse

The pool was so small, half of it was used for swimming lessons. Food was not good, not enough choices in the breakfast buffet. Chef didn’t know how to cook items from the a la carte menu, it was the most terrible dinner we’ve experienced after waiting 45 minutes for fish&chips. We’ve got frozen fish fried with batter and French fries instead! The staff was very accommodating and helpful with the requests. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the overall cleaning wasn’t good enough.

Excellent

Free upgrade. Flight was cancelled for original booking date so arrived a few days later and stayed for one night instead of the two originally booked. The staff sorted out the anomalies with no fuss. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was lovely. The little bon voyage cake given to me at breakfast was such a special touch.

Bad experience

Only Ms Zainab from the house keeping was understanding and helpful and provided her best.

My overall stay is very bad. Towels are old and dirty. Insects in the bathroom. No amenities. Pillows old and not comfortable.
