BLUE & WHITE MAISONETTE OVER THE SEA NEAR SOUNIO

There is a front and back balcony that you may enjoy the fresh air any time of the day. The views of the sea and the sunset from the front balcony are exceptional! The maisonette is spacious, with a bedroom and own bathroom upstairs and additional bedrooms with bathroom downstairs for ideal isolation among guests. Air conditioning cools the property adequately.

Minor things that can be fixed easily.

extremely nice hostess, cares a lot about your needs. The Villa has a lot of additional things like hairdryer, shampoo, kitchen stuff etc. This is very nice. It is a very quiet place, good for people who are looking for peace. I loved the garden shower in the backyard. It is clean and furniture in good quality. You can see, that the hostess cares for this place. There are even two terraces in the front and the back side. The front terrace has a wonderful view to the sea. The little village has „good/well off“ neighbors who are all helpful an friendly. Its not a dangerous place. In my opinion a woman can walk there in the night without risks.

Problems can occur with transportation like taxi and busses. They are not always available or with waiting time. I would recommend a rental car for getting around and going to the next supermarket (far away). You can walk to a little natural, stony beach down a steep road within 10 min. Don’t forget to ask for the air condition, otherwise you have to deal with many mosquitos. Mosquito repellant is necessary during the evenings outside. Put in mind, that the Greeks use their own alphabet and this can make things a bit more difficult when you are not able to read names of places or street names. Two rooms are downstairs and the stairs are small and steep. Water pressure is low, can be a problem by showering and toilets.
