Enjoy stunning views from the deck of this very rare to find private cabin actually located on the shores of Lake McDonald inside Glacier National Park. Watch for wildlife to pass by as you sip your coffee on the deck as the sun comes up. Spend your days exploring or relaxing in one of the most beautiful National Parks in the United States. In the evening watch the alpine glow slowly move its way up the mountains as the sun sets and watch the most amazing sky of stars you will ever find with the possibilities of Northern Lights as the evening progresses. Located at the foot of Lake McDonald, looking directly into the heart of Park, within easy walking distance to Apgar Village. This cabin is conveniently located to provide year-round access to all of the amazing activities the Park has to offer. This modern cabin has all the amenities; a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with wood burning stove, (firewood is not provided), and large deck with BBQ, picnic table and reclining and Adirondack deck chairs, all with views you'll never forget. Plenty of room for six people with two bedrooms downstairs and a large loft. Downstairs you'll find a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom.

Beautiful location and incredible view! This is the perfect spot to stay while visiting Glacier National Park. The view over the lake from the back porch is breathtaking! The ammenities in the house are great and the beds are comfortable! We have no complaints about the property or location. Communication with the property manager was less than ideal. We had an issue with the smoke detector chirping due to needing a new battery. Not a huge issue, but it was very difficult to get a response from the property manager. I was able to make calls and send messages online, so there wasn't a connectivity issue. We did reveive a call eventually that it would be fixed, but it still wasn't by the time we left.

Everything was beautiful! Probably the best view you can get from a cabin in the park. The cabin itself is beautiful and quaint, the pictures on the website honestly don’t do it justice! Would definitely love to come back in the future
