HUGE mansion with six bedrooms, two living rooms, and four parking spots! Sleeps 21–everyone fits! Three blocks from Red & Purple line train stop. Twenty minute walk (or two train stops) to Wrigley Field, thirty-minute walk (or a five-minute drive) to Montrose Beach.
Our 100 year old house is perfect for big groups and families. TONS of common space and bedrooms, most with queen beds and each with its own character.
Fully gated parking fits four cars. WiFi and cable TV provided.
AC is installed May 15 through Oct 15.

Check in was very easy. They had a digital gate and front door as well as the back door and parking. Kitchen facilities were wonderful. Had to figure out that you need to press the start button twice to get the dishwasher to work, but that wasn’t an issue. Overall fantastic stay.

The house was great. Perfect for our large group (16 guys) with plenty of space to spread out and lots of sleeping areas. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and have an enjoyable day. Location is also great, right next to the Red Line stop and around the corner from an Aldi and Target, making it easy to reload on essentials.
